Gluten-Free/Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

Crust
INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Cream Layer
INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • a small pinch sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (73% cacao)
