Applesauce Muffins with Cinnamon Spiced Icing

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups applesauce
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 banana, mashed
• 3 tablespoons soymilk
• 2 cups flour, (I used 1/2 whole wheat)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon allspice
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup pecans, chopped
